A Feature Documentary showing the irresistable rise, tumescent enlargement and inevitable prat falls of the World's First Army of Clowns, Rebelling to Love in a Time of Money and War...

Ever since a bunch of fools built a pink cardboard cannon to fire pretzels in George Bush's general direction during his tea with the Queen in 2003, CIRCA has been loved and hated, nurtured and abandoned, fetishised and abused, derided, arrested, developed and degenerated, multiplied and mediated and mutated all over the world... and of course some people have been filming all the while.

What have they seen? How did all this come to pass? What lies behind the clips of mad japes and strange actions that inspired so many to seek CIRCA?

Our embedded fool journalists say that now, it's time to make a movie.

We don't want to be beholden to any 'big' people, so let's finance it ourselves... 4. Send us practical ideas, info and contacts to raise further friendly funding... 5. Tell us about, or better show us, your best film-relevant skills - animation, sound mixing, graphic design, effects, songs and music, production, archive research, direction... anything but more wobbly video footage, we have 50 hours of tapes already to trawl through for the gems!
